Next steps We should plan to make improvements to the “Debt letter history” to transform it to “Debt history” and to include a more holistic view of the diary code changes for the debt. Doing so would improve the application by

• Audit diary codes for potential additions
• Write retrospective statuses for each addition
• Adjust content and design of the “Debt history” section and table to accommodate many more status changes
