Add Link from English Corona FAQ Page to the Spanish Corona FAQ Page (To Do Post Staging Review on 1/19)

User Story

As a spanish speaking vet or caretaker seeking information on the Coronavirus, I would like to be able to view the Corona FAQ page in spanish.

Scenario 1:

Given I am viewing the Coronavirus FAQ page in english (https://www.va.gov/coronavirus-veteran-frequently-asked-questions/ ) WHEN I click on the link "Leer esta página en español" THAN I should be taken to the spanish version of the page ( http://www.va.gov/coronavirus-veteran-frequently-asked-questions-esp/ )

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] User can link to spanish version of the page
• [ ] Data for new link clicks is being sent to GA

Notes: 1. The addition of the link to spanish version of Corona FAQ page will come after the spanish version is published and the staging review completes on 1/19 barring any defects
