Two initial MPR consumers complete the swap of the existing MPR compute to Rockies MPR

MPR is currently computed on premise at the daily schedule; however, given the computation constraint, it can only compute a small set of patients or a small set of medications. Rockies helps VHA refactor the existing codes and leverage the Spark technology to accelerate the compute.

Two program offices, Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention (OMHSP) and VISN21 pharmacy benefit manager (PMB), are working with Rockies to finalize the MPR validation.

MPR is in the process to sync back daily from Rockies (VAEC Azure) to A01.OIT_Rockies, where the two program offices above will get access MPR via the Data Object Exchange (DOEx) mechanism.

Furthermore, VISN7's and VISN8's PBM also expressed interest to adopt the MPR from A01.OIT_Rockies.

@lalexanderson-dsva . I tried to add work to the project dashboard (like this one). could you pls point me to the right person to ensure my entry is correct? I have many more things to added once I know the best practice (template etc). Thx
