Breadcrumb: The breadcrumb is incorrect. Each segment should match the H1 of the corresponding page. Update the final segment to reflect the appropriate H1 of the page: Home > Education and training > Other VA education benefits > [H1]
Left nav: Left nav is missing from page. Static page should show Education left nav with page slotted as a child to "Other VA education benefits". Label should closely match the H1, but can be shortened - i.e. remove "(VRRAP)" to reduce wrapping and clutter.

Left nav: Recommend re-ordering the children under "Other VA education benefits" in an alpha order...this also matches the order in which the pages are listed on the parent page. Example of what the left nav would look like when on the VRRAP static content page:

Consider:

Consider taking over the promo spot in the Careers hub to highlight the VRRAP program within the careers hub. Given the grey of education vs careers content, it would be helpful to provide an entry point to this content from within the Careers hub. This is the only place within careers for a visible cross-link.
