3 years ago @lwalsh617 Disability SMEs and the VBA comms team are aware now that we'll be moving content from tier 1 to R&S, so I think you could move forward with thinking about which template to use and post here in this ticket the general approach for each R&S article--before you dive into drupal. We can have a conversation here about them.
Also, after talking with the SMEs, I think the way to go with the intent to file content is to move both Q&As off the disability how to apply page (above, I had just listed the second one):
If I start my VA disability application, does VA consider this “intent to file”? How do I submit an intent to file?
One way we could link over to this new R&S article would be by placing a link to it under the green CTA on How to apply. Let me know if you have other thoughts!

Issue Description
Move tier 1 content that would be more appropriate living in R&S as support content. List here candidates for that.

How do I submit an intent to file? You can submit your intent to file by phone or by written form.
Note: If you file your claim online, you don't need to separately send an intent to file form. The online application already includes your intent to file.
By phone Call 800-827-1000, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET.
