[DESIGN] VHA mobile clinic lofi/wireframe mock-ups

Issue Description

Although mobile clinics are very different than physical clinics in service offerings, availability, and location, they currently use the same detail page format/layout/content as physical health care clinic locations. The current presentation of information is likely causing Veteran confusion.

Problems

For context, review the Des Moines mobile unit brochure and the corresponding current VAMC detail page for the location.

• current VAMC page displays one address, which is probably where it is parked overnight - rather than representing the various locations where services may be available
• current VAMC page displays one set of hours - which may not represent true availability
• current VAMC page is required to include Parking and Transportation service accordions, which may not be relevant

We need to reimagine the appropriate experience for mobile detail pages within the VAMC product.

Mockups are embedded in this mural from the "Problem/solution" section. Click on the circle post-its under "Solicit feedback from PAOs on solutions". These mockups were created using dev tools from our live site, to create quick proof of concepts in lieu of low fidelity wireframes that would be harder to understand.
