Refresh-Align modality nomenclature

Description

In the VA request flow, a user can select a preferred appointment type/modality: office/in-person, phone call, or VVC. We should show this preference in the pending request details.

• [ ] Changes are behind the va_online_scheduling_homepage_refresh feature flag

• [ ] If any VA request, Then label is VA appointment

• [ ] If any VVC request, Then label is VA appointment

• [ ] CONTENT - Content matches the copy doc

• [ ] DESIGN - Designs match the specs (copy is FPO)
