Start prototype for Usability Testing

Description

Create prototype to be used during usability study. This includes 6 prototypes in total both mobile and desktop versions for 3 different tasks aligned to the research plan.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Define tasks (live link or modified screenshots?)
• [x] Using the high fidelity designs (including any updates after the midpoint review) to create a prototype using UXPin for both mobile and desktop
• [x] If needed let PM know if if this needs to be separated into two parts to complete in S54
• [x] UXPin Prototype will be finalized in #28421 during sprint 54
