Started drafting research plan, and solicited input from the team in slack.

I posted my research questions and hypotheses in the #vsa-harassment-reporting-tool channel on Slack, and then incorporated feedback I received from Soni into the research plan.

Recruiting participants for this study will be touchy because of the potentially trauma-triggering subject matter. After conversations with many UX folks including @joshkimux, I wrote up a phased research approach: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/blob/master/products/harassment-reporting/research/usability/research-phases.md. I will be discussing this phrased plan with @brianalloyd on Aug 31 prior to sharing it with the HRT team on Sept 2. FYI @sshein

Revised phased recruiting plan and research plan to incorporate Dave Conlon's feedback. Ready to discuss Phase 1 SMEs with small group tomorrow.

Incorporated feedback from a researcher, an SME, and Dave Conlon. Updated on Github and downloaded slightly shorter version for Soni to share with her stakeholders on Friday.

Since hearing today about the pause in this project research, I updated the research plan to make the dates TBD. I'm ready to launch Veteran recruiting whenever I receive the go-ahead from stakeholders.
