@DanielleThierryUSDSVA @RLHecht - Just letting you know that this can move to the content team plain language review/edit stage.

I did not receive any feedback after numerous follow-ups. I sent an email 7/15 letting the SME Amber Arrington and her team know that we will take no response as no feedback, and that I'll submit these drafts now for plain language review.

I also let her know that we will send back the final edited content in preview form for her and her team's final review and concurrence if she should have feedback at that time.

I've checked in with her dozens of times now via email, SharePoint, and Teams. I will forward you the last email, so you have her email address.

Speak of the devil - as soon as I sent out next steps email, heard back from Amber that they DO have feedback.

Will wait on it a bit and assign this back to you @DanielleThierryUSDSVA @RLHecht after they send feedback.

@DanielleThierryUSDSVA @RLHecht - We still have not received any feedback since May. I have informed the PSAS Action Group team and the VHA Digital Media team that we will move forward per my previous email.

[ ] Please triage and backlog this ticket as needed. [ ] When final edited content is ready, please email Amber Arrington and CC: VHA Digital Media, VHA PSAS Action Group, Randy McCracken, Richard Rodriguez, and Kaitlyn McGrath with the final preview links and a go-live date.

Please note that the editable SharePoint document is now locked for changes, so we can set a baseline for the content team’s final plain language review and edit.

Update: This won't be completed within our last 2 sprints, so this should stay in the backlog. Though it can move forward whenever someone can take this on. We should confirm these should still be R&S articles based on our new criteria. FYSA @bethpottsVADEPO
