**Potentially a reminder as well depending on stats As a part of the form submission, the team is collecting preferences for communication and channel for communication. Advised the team to think about VA Profile / VA.gov Preferences work stream and whether or not it makes sense for this to live there.

This work is being done by the forms confirmation team. It's currently on hold until February 2024 when the MEB team has cycles to review our changes. cc: @GitSamJennings
