@laurenernest When replicating the error in staging environment, the preferred type of appointment is indeed missing and will be addressed in this fix. However when investigating the Booking note
encountered a Bad Request on the messages fetch in staging. See image below.
The error is coming from the BE side which prevents Booking note
from displaying. @jbalboni created a ticket https://issues.mobilehealth.va.gov/browse/VAOSR-2161
Noted on the booking note.
Modality preference looks good! closing ticket.
Summary
In the VA request flow, a user is required to indicate a modality preference and reason for appointment information. This information is not displaying on the VA pending request confirmation page.
