Implement Copay Overview Card List

Technical Task

On the Medical Copays List Page we need to render a list of all medical copays. We need to make a component that uses the a redux thunk and fetches all available copays on the user profile then renders the copays by facility into copay cards. Copay card should probably be another component as well.

Mocks

Will make prerequisite ticket to setup redux store with actions and this particular thunk.

Expected Behavior

We render all copays grouped by facilities in a component

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Render a list of copays grouped by facility
• [ ] Facility card component looks like the mocks
