Steps to complete Design Intent Collaboration

• [x] VFS: Using the Slack Workflow (User guide), notify Collaboration Cycle team of this Github ticket in #vfs-platform-support.
• [x] Platform: Schedule meeting with Platform reviewers and VFS team attendees (listed below).
• [ ] VFS: At least 2 days before scheduled meeting/review, attach all artifacts listed below.
• [ ] Platform: After meeting is held, create feedback tickets and link to the Design Intent ticket (if no feedback, please comment stating that).
• [ ] VFS: Respond appropriately to Platform feedback tickets.
• [ ] Platform: Update Platform Collaboration Point Tracker.
• [ ] VFS: Close this ticket when all steps above are completed.

Design Intents can only be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.

Please select your preferred time slot per the Platform Collaboration Meetings Calendar.

• All times are shown in ET.
• Available time slots are indicated with [REVIEW BLOCK].
• When you reserve a time slot, the reserved meeting will show up alongside the [REVIEW BLOCK].
• Please select a time slot at least 2 business days from request date.

Additional information

For the Design Intent, you'll receive feedback from design and IA only. You won't receive feedback from accessibility, content, or QA, as it's too early in the development process.

Also your date 07/26, 3:30 PM EST is already taken. If you look at the Platform Collaboration Meetings Calendar you should be able to see availability .

Calendar says [REVIEW BLOCK] for 7/26 3:30 OM EST as indicated in the instructions above. I don't know how to tell what's available.

@niranjan-sathindran sorry for the confusion. If you look at the calendar, like the example below, anywhere that you see [REVIEW BLOCK] is a time you can schedule. We use the [REVIEW BLOCK] as place holders. However, if you see an meeting at that time, then it is already being used by another team. So in this screen you can see 11am [REVIEW BLOCK] and 11am Midpoint review. That means that time slot is no longer available . Same for 11:30, there is already a design intent for caregivers. Does that make snese?
