This ticket is part of the epic where we will be creating mocks for each of our use cases for testing and engineering purposes.

Use case: Veteran doesn't pay copays but pays for prescriptions

@LindaLi123 @leahkeeler After talking about this use case a bit, Riley and I determined that this isn't a valid use case for right now. If someone is only responsible for prescription copays, the design is the same as if they were fully copay-responsible, they just won't see other charges besides prescriptions in the table.

In talking about this, we did bring up the idea of the personal copay schedule that Veterans were talking about and expecting during research. This would reasonably come up in that work should we choose to show Veterans a personalized list of their copay obligations based on their status and/or priority group in the future.
