Description:

This is a placeholder epic that contains backlog work related to the Comparison Tool Institution Ratings Enhancement that is being transitioned to the Digital GI Bill project.

Note: This effort is currently blocked from being delivered awaiting availability of a production level data file from EDU. Assuming the file format matches the specification developed against, it will be necessary to continue the remaining OCTO collaboration cycle points; otherwise additional development will be necessary.

Note: This functionality is available in both CT classic and CT redesign using the feature flag school_ratings.
