⚠ Waiting for ~EKS~ Preview Environments.

Multiple times broken code has been missed in CI and has been deployed to production. Tests needs to be performed to ensure the bootability of our application (both web/puma and background/sidekiq).

[ ] A GitHub action is in place that prevents merging unless the Review Instance is up and running.

I currently have a Draft PR to do this. Unfortunately, the self-hosted runners can't see the .internal domain. Working with Infra to make this possible.

After a discussion with @ericboehs this might be better to do after it is moved over to EKS. This is to avoid duplicate work within BRD and EKS.

Still relevant. Maybe this could be part of the GHA for preview environments.
