Steps to complete Staging Review:

[X] VFS Product Manager: Create this issue and fill in your team and feature name in the title.
[x] VFS: Using the Slack Workflow (User guide), notify Collaboration Cycle team of this Github ticket in #vfs-platform-support.
[x] Platform: Schedule meeting with Platform reviewers and requesting team attendees (as listed below)
[ ] VFS: At least 4 days before scheduled meeting, you must complete list of artifacts below
[ ] VFS: Verify that access information has been provided for the tool or feature in staging. Do not put staging credentials in your va.gov-team ticket; store or reference them in a .md file in the va.gov-team-sensitive repository.

[ ] VFS: Respond to Platform feedback tickets.

Hi @allison003 you can use the preview URL link http://preview-prod.vfs.va.gov/preview?nodeId=34307 as drupal pages don't go into standing. Also not sure we need a product outline for a new page on VA.gov. But please let me know! : )

thanks @miabecker . You don't need a product outline, but we ask for that because it allows us to see what's in scope for the review. If this is a brand new page, we know the whole things in scope, but when it's iterations to products (esp products that are services or tools) it's hard to us to know where the boundaries are.

@miabecker Is there also a draft of the Privacy policy page showing the addition of a link to this page on it? That was the primary entry point and should be represented at staging review as well.

FYI, the breadcrumb on the page is inaccurate and I cannot verify the URL in preview, so right now those 2 items would be launch-blocking issues. If you can confirm the URL used here, that will help, but please know the breadcrumb is currently in accurate.

Hi @miabecker @mnorthuis @shiragoodman. To help answer questions:

Breadcrumb: I don't think we can check this from an IA standpoint until the page is live. This is attached to adding a menu item in Drupal. We can't do that until we publish the page because if you add a menu item, it breaks the build. @mnorthuis we could take a few minutes together to screen share and I can show you the Drupal page in edit view so you can check out the url and verify that. And then we can verify the breadcrumb itself post-production. Think that could work?
Entry point: The content team can help with the entry point. We can add the link so you can see it on the page, but the link itself won't work in the preview environment so we'll have to test that after publishing as well. To note, we'll also need to get sign off from VA stakeholders to add a link to the privacy page. I can help with that as well.
