Justin provided POCs 10/4, reaching out today to try to find a product manager to get more information on VA's use of ServiceNow and whether or not we'll be able to get access to the tenant space for application use.

Still awaiting response from VA/SNow integration team. Began building out mock ticket templates in personal dev space for presentation. SNow -> GitHub integration APIs exist.

• Once we have VA accounts, we'll need to request access
• Two potential front doors/user interfaces:
  • O365 Power App -> Automate -> ServiceNow connector
  • Direct ServiceNow page, depending on VA's internal structure
• Awaiting O365 access for testing purposes
• Awaiting VA account to request SNow access
