We have the data in the Product Directory, but that's not solving the pain point
So far, from feedback from Ops team members, it sounds like people are craving an "onboarding" type of document that lays out VSP, its connection to VSA, and what VFS teams are working on what.
Notes: we shouldn't have to know what contract someone is a part of in order to provide a great experience. But maybe it would be helpful to know what team they're on and what they'e building.
