[MCP] Review finalized UI in staging

Issue Description

We should ensure that the MVP's UI is finalized prior to UAT and VSP staging review. This work can be done once the frontend team confirms that the MVP UI is ready for review.

@denisecoveyduc I tried to review staging this morning and mock data was turned off so it's currently inaccessible. Moving this to blocked until it's fixed!

I sent Craig my staging review notes and he created tickets containing the feedback:

• Resolved copay balance page
• Balance detail page
• Balance overview page
