Resolve cross-app imports for static pages

Details

We have a lot of widgets that import functions from other applications. We need to find a way to remove these imports in order for the static-pages app to be built independently of other applications.

This will definitely require coordination with the teams responsible for these widgets. This ticket should be executed nearly last for the epic.
