Add ability for Veterans to respond which type of VVC appointment conversion #33510

Is it possible to build response codes in the F2F to VVC message to indicate if the patient wants to convert to a VVC appointment or to a Phone appointment?
Ex.
Reply to convert to Phone appointment. Reply to convert to Video Call appointment.
