@seanasewell -- Currently, we're seeing two different patterns for download based on if it's a form or if it's a document.

For our use case, the 1095-B is document so we used a button, as seen in Records / VA Letters & documents. Please take a look at the two patterns (right side of Mural board), in context of our Authenticated layout, that we observed on VA.gov and let us know which pattern we should follow given the above context.

cc: @briandeconinck since this was also listed as a "should" in the Accessibility ticket

Hi @kit-casey, the VA letters page is out of date and still has a green button which is no longer in use. Find a form would be the best pattern to follow as it was recently redesigned.

I know Find a Form involved accessibility and this was before Brian started. I am waiting to confirm that all downloadable PDFs should be text links, I will comment when I get that confirmation.

@seanasewell we have addressed the "must" feedback to the CTA, download a PDF, as well as adding an icon to the alert box (a lock since the prompt is to sign in). Updates added to the Mural board.
