[UX] Pre-check-in / Day of checkin: Identifying metrics we can implement

There have been different conversations on what metrics we want to capture for day of check-in and pre-checkin.

This document has consolidated what we know to date.

Goal: We want understand what metrics we can track in GA, focusing on metrics that aligne to key outcomes for pre-check-in and day of check-in (documented in above link)

Tasks

• meet with VA google insights team to understand what we're currently capturing in GA
• understand how to implement any metrics we identify are missing from GA
• understand how the metrics identified in the doc above can be captured in GA
• identified next steps to implement and gaps in metrics e.g. behavioral / user flows, abandonment rates
• share learnings with product and/or team for alignment

Acceptance Criteria

• Identified which metrics we're capturing in GA and which we aren't
• Clear steps on how to implement the missing metrics into GA
• Documented in link provided above
