We are working on a platform to bring patient-generated data into VA and present that data to care teams at VA. The specific ask of this ticket relates to the Veteran device connection experience that will be a stand-alone flow on VA.gov where Veterans can connect their devices such as Fitbits and continuous glucose monitors. We will stop by the upcoming office hours to discuss next steps.
