User Story or Problem Statement

How might we show the use case for user time to task completion for a VFS team so that teams have a better understanding of the usability of their tools?

Objectives or Key Results this is meant to further

Expand the veteran user time to task completion technical implementation and reporting proof of concept to discovery on a VFS form application so that we can get closer to quality outcomes data for products on the platform.

@jonwehausen Thanks for syncing today on time to task completion for forms. We'll start with Form 1990 to track starts and stops of task completion.

To start an application, the timer can start on one of the following:

login-successful-start-form OR edu-sip-form-loaded

Stops of the timer can be aligned with: edu--submission

Given that this task can be alleviated by the addition of BigQuery, deprioritizing this in favor of BI Tooling/Datawarehousing research and moving this issue to the backlog.
