Steps to complete Design Intent Collaboration

Before meeting

VFS Product Manager or Designer

• [x] Create this issue and schedule meeting via Calendly (you are responsible for adding the VFS attendees).
• [x] Notify the Collaboration Cycle team of this ticket with scheduled date/time in #vfs-platform-support (see Slack Workflow User guide).

For the Design Intent, you'll receive feedback from design, accessibility and IA only. You won't receive feedback from content, or QA, as it's too early in the development process.

Hi @nsoutouras! Thank you for the quick overview of this proposed process, the user flows and discussion were very helpful.

For next steps, please engage with the Sitewide Content and IA team to work through wayfinding and user flows, entry points, URLs, and content strategy and creation. The SC&IA team is not part of the collaboration cycle, we are a shared services team that supports all teams building on VA.gov. We will work with you to establish content and IA prior to your user research so you are testing a realistic experience, and we will continue to work with you through launch on refinements and content publishing and management.
