As part of the MyHealtheVet research, we will need to schedule time to speak with MHV coordinators and help desk staff

How to configure this issue

• Include practice area in title -- e.g., [Design], [FE], [BE]
• Include project/initiative name - e.g., Auth Profile: Address Change Messaging
• Add label for practice area (frontend, backend, design)
• Add label for project if applicable
• Assign to a Profile team member
• Associate with an Epic if applicable
• If creating for yourself: estimate work if enough info exists to do so

In progress - reached out to Sylvia at HRC and she referred me to Brenda Torres-Hill. I've reached out to Brenda via Teams (we have met before) and am awaiting a response.

Per the conversations with Susan Haidary + Brenda Torress-Hill, I don't think it's necessary for us to schedule interviews with coordinators or help desk agents.
