Update page titles

User story

As a Platform customer, I need easy-to-understand page titles so that I can find the information I need to build my VFS app.

Tasks

• [x] Gretchen - Round up all info into a table that lists: Orig titles, new titles, and have changes been approved
• [x] Gretchen Jill - Collaborate on titling feedback and codifying naming conventions
• Concurrently:
  • [x] Gretchen Jill - Solicit SME review, incorporate their feedback
  • [ ] Gretchen Jill - Give heads up to team re: naming conventions
• [ ] depends - Update the titles in the live content sources

Acceptance criteria

• 10ish page titles have been updated in the live Platform Website spaces and waiting for twice-weekly deploy
  • We'll have a sense of how many page titles to change after SME review
