Zenhub references legacy Github markdown page #39970

Description

The Zendesk section on "Request access to tools" links to a Github Markdown file. This content should be migrated to Platform Website.

@lianilychee this one looks like a quick fix someone on the team could address independently and maybe just let the Governance team know the change was made. I'll leave it to you to decide how to proceed!

@shiragoodman @chaseakirby Hello governance team. In response to Mike Chelen's request above:

  1. Is the information contained in the md file located elsewhere on the platform web site or in orientation?
  2. If the change is to be made, can you refine in your backlog as necessary? Let us know how we can support.

@taylojill - as far as I know, no. the information does not exist on Platform Website.

We can add to our backlog, but I want to tag in @andreahewitt-odd and ask her opinion on if Platform should own this type of documentation. ZenHub is a tool managed by the VA CTO office.

@mchelen-gov I would think this should actually link to some VA documentation about getting access to GH/ZH. Does that exist that we can link to? I think putting it on Platform Website gives the idea that we control access to it and puts the burden on us to update it when there are changes to that request process, which is not something we are privvy to.

Well this is only for ZH, GH is a totally different process. I'm actually not sure how ZH licensing is managed or where that might be documented, we may need to reach out to Angela or DOTS.
