• [ ] After New Hire is set up with the VA Organization in Github: Reach out to Shira to give them write access to the vets.gov-write respository

Day 1

• [ ] Attend Program check-in meeting, share github handle
• [ ] Share calendar visibility with team members
• [ ] Complete VA Onboarding paperwork (sent by prime contractor onboarding contact)

Week 2

• [ ] Self assign Platform Orientation ticket for getting onboarded with VA.gov Platform

Month 1

• [ ] Request SOCKS Access, after SAC Adjudication

Practice Lead Tasks

Day 1

• [ ] Reach out to new hire over Slack to say hello

Week 1

• [ ] Conduct Practice-specific Onboarding Meeting with New Hire
• [ ] Add New Hire to Practice-specific meetings

Month 1

• [ ] Schedule Accessibility Orientation meeting with New Hire and VSA Accessibility Specialists

Product Manager Tasks

Week 2

• [ ] Reach out to new hire over Slack to say hello
• [ ] Add new hire to the team’s DSVA Slack Channels
• [ ] Conduct Intro Meeting with New Hire
• [ ] Add New Hire to Product team meetings
