Staging: TMP VVC VA Issued Device Appointment Missing and Erroneous Appointment Data #40979

TMP - Telehealth Management Portfolio CVT - Clinical Video Telehealth VVC - VA Video Connect

Steps to Recreate TMP Steps

  1. Contact Card Technology Type = SIP Device
  2. Table SIP Address: sip:SERIAL#bltablet@evn.test.va.gov.
  3. Do not allow emails: allow
  4. Select save.
  5. Select Schedule Appt in top banner
  6. Appt Modality = VVC
  7. Provide Site = Middletown, OH CBOC (984GA)
  8. Provider = Dubbaka, Naveen
  9. Scheduling package = TEST CVT - Pat VVC, Pro CB, Ind, Inter
  10. Log into 984. Validate three VistA logins show three green checks.
  11. From top banner use Find available times.
  12. Then in side window set Requested Date only select ASAP. Then select find available times in side window.
  13. Select a MID-V10 CRH MH PSY MD VVC resource with date/time. Select Schedule.
  14. From top banner select Save.
  15. In middle of screen select Appointment Information to see the booked appointment.

VAOS Steps

  1. Log into VAOS as ralph.marshall@Id.me. View the upcoming appointment list. Find the TMP Appointment.
  2. Expected: VAOS shows appointment as VA Video Connect on VA Device. VAOS shows similar instructions as seen when on VAR Resources.
  3. Actual:

This is the endpoint that returns the data in VAOS Service screen shot: https://staging-api.va.gov/vaos/v2/appointments?_include=facilities,clinics&start=2022-04-05&end=2023-06-04&statuses[]=booked&statuses[]=arrived&statuses[]=fulfilled&statuses[]=cancelled

@simiadebowale estimated this ticket as a medium. This not considered a bug since it requires additional work on the FE team to support the data.

@ldelacosta @JRRoof This was discussed on a call with Front End and back end developers. The front end needs to update logic but I think you all need to follow up with Brad on this one. It seems there is a missing flag to indicated this Video Visit call is on a VA issued device (Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)). Let me know if I need to log a backend defect on this. I was furiously taking notes yesterday and I am not sure what the developers agreed upon.

@ldelacosta @JRRoof Backend end has logged this ticket. VAOSR-3647 MASv2: Add MobileGFE flag to the Video Visit Appointment. https://issues.mobilehealth.va.gov/browse/VAOSR-3647.
So there will be work for you all to do do use that flag.
