@simiadebowale estimated this ticket as a medium. This not considered a bug since it requires additional work on the FE team to support the data.
@ldelacosta @JRRoof This was discussed on a call with Front End and back end developers. The front end needs to update logic but I think you all need to follow up with Brad on this one. It seems there is a missing flag to indicated this Video Visit call is on a VA issued device (Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)). Let me know if I need to log a backend defect on this. I was furiously taking notes yesterday and I am not sure what the developers agreed upon.
@ldelacosta @JRRoof Backend end has logged this ticket. VAOSR-3647 MASv2: Add MobileGFE flag to the Video Visit Appointment. https://issues.mobilehealth.va.gov/browse/VAOSR-3647.
So there will be work for you all to do do use that flag.
