Add information to Platform about Discovery Research

Description

There is a GH page with Discovery Research guidance that hasn't been migrated to Platform. That information needs to be added to Platform and the GH page marked as deprecated.

This ticket should include the creation of a new Platform Website/Research page for Discovery Research

• [ ] Determine where this Discovery Research information needs to live on Platform (@naomimarcussen can help)
• [ ] @naomimarcussen - should any of the child pages from the above gh link also be published to Platform Website/Research?
• [ ] Migrate content over to new Platform Website/research page
• [ ] Validate all links. If applicable, all linked pages should point to Platform Website and not Github pages
• [ ] Validate that all content within guidance is up to date and accurate. For anything that is outdated:
  • [ ] if it is a simple fix, work with @naomimarcussen to make the change before publishing.
  • [ ] if the fix requires rewriting/reorganizing of the content, create a follow up ticket using the Governance team issue template and document the necessary changes. We will publish the guidance to Platform Website as-is. Work with @naomimarcussen to determine if a, "This guidance may not be up to date" warning message should be added to the Platform Website page.
• [ ] Deprecate the discovery research guidance on gh following this guidacne

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] VFS teams are able to find discovery research guidance on Platform Website/Research
• [ ] VFS teams are redirected to Platform Website when they encounter deprecated discovery research guidance on gh

@shiragoodman I talked to @naomimarcussen about this and she suggested we put this on pause. The documentation is very outdated and she is not she want to tell researchers how to do discovery work, let alone tell them outdated information.

@naomimarcussen this ticket was discussed at our refinement meeting in January 2024. Since Governance no longer has a researcher on our team, this is no longer relevant for us. I am removing the Governance label, however we may still want to make the recommended changes to the Research pages on Platform Website.
