Update the rating system categories from the updated file.

Acceptance Criteria

• There are now only 4 categories, each with their respective subcategories:

1. Quality of Learning Experience  Instructors’ knowledge in the subject being taught  Instructors’ ability to engage with students around course content  Support of course materials in meeting learning objectives  Contribution of school-supplied technology and/or facilities to successful learning experience  Contribution of learning experience to skills needed for career journey

2. GI Bill Support  Did you interact with the School Certifying Officials (school staff who assist Veterans/beneficiaries with enrollment, submit documentation to VA, advise on other VA benefits)?  Supportiveness of School Certifying Officials (school staff who assist Veterans/beneficiaries with enrollment, submit documentation to VA, advise on other VA benefits)  Availability of School Certifying Officials (school staff who assist Veterans/beneficiaries with enrollment, submit documentation to VA, advise on other VA benefits)  School’s timely completion of VA enrollment documentation  Helpfulness of school-provided information about GI Bill, other VA benefits

3. Veteran Community  Extent of school’s support for its Veteran community  Extent of support from others in the school’s Veteran community

Patrick is going to create a mock solution as a temp workaround. The mock is an api that will return a sample payload with the intended field names needed for the ui to display the ratings. .

Currently this story is blocked by #43644. There has been no new developments on the current state of this ticket. Until the api is ready and delivering the fields needed for display in the UI, there is no additional work necessary.

Patrick, they did not but I will reach out to EDU to see if they can provide us any data we can use to test with.

The current back end is expecting a csv file with the 4 rates calculated from the questions. I was looking over the test spreadsheet and it does not have these fields aggregated.

Met with Mr. Jessy and his team to have the data aggregated to work with the new calculation formula. Will follow up with Jessy to determine when the new file will be available. The mock data received by Jessy does work, but Dev had to aggregate the fields to input into the new formula.
