Steps to complete Midpoint Review

Before meeting

VFS Product Manager

• [x] Create this issue and schedule meeting via Calendly (you are responsible for adding the VFS attendees).
• [x] Notify the Collaboration Cycle team of this ticket with scheduled date/time in #vfs-platform-support (see Slack Workflow User guide).
• [ ] Add artifacts listed below to the ticket at least 2 days before scheduled meeting.

Platform

• [ ] Add the Platform reviewers to scheduled meeting
• [ ] Add Zoom information to scheduled meeting (if synchronous)
• [ ] Create feedback tickets and link to the Midpoint Review epic (if no feedback, please comment stating that).

After meeting

VFS Product Manager

• [ ] Respond to feedback tickets.
• [ ] Close this ticket when review is complete and feedback has been addressed.

Platform

• [ ] Update Platform Collaboration Point Tracker.

Scheduling

• You will need to use Calendly to schedule both synchronous and asynchronous reviews (asynchronous reviews will not have a Zoom link).
• Open the Calendly midpoint review calendar
• Select a date and time and click “Confirm”
• Add your name and email
• Click "Add Guests" and enter the VFS meeting attendees email addresses.
• Click Schedule Event

@zanniemill49 It looks like the only artifact attached right now is the product outline. Do you have any designs or other artifacts that we can review at this stage?

@claytonzook Yes, I've just added designs and a demo of what the team has built for the device connection flow. The portion of the demo with the clinician dashboard is a late stage prototype.

@zanniemill49 how do we login to max.gov? Also are there any updated user flows so we can understand how users will access this?

@zanniemill49 From the video you added it looks like there's something already in staging. Are we able to review that in addition to the screenshots, and could you share the link to that as well?

Also, here's a link to the dashboard of test users to log onto VA.gov at the beginning of the flow

If you can't get into the test users dashboard above, try this link. It's an old version so you may have to try a few to get to one that hasn't been disabled.

One more thing, we don't have a Fitbit test user for that portion of the flow but you can follow the flow to create a new account when you get to that bit.
