Must:

• Disconnect Device pop-up modal contains two buttons: Disconnect Device, and Go back. The Go back button effectively cancels the action taking place, so it would be more appropriate to label the button with Cancel, as opposed to Go back.

Should: Please reword for comprehensibility, using tenants of Plain Language

• It seems to me the sentences under the "Connect your health device to share data", contradict the first sentence after "Note:" . https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/104447526/178034138-a24e3dbb-a9d3-444a-9fb8-b4a894cbf991.png Were you trying to convey that although the data will be shared with the care team, it won't automatically be monitored by the care teams to whom it's been released?
