Re-write the QA Orientation Materials

Issue Description

Quality Assurance Orientation slides are out of date, and the framework may not be the most effective for getting VFS team members with QA responsibilities the information that they need.

Consider the goals --

• Convey only necessary information for VFS product team members
• Try not to overload attendees with information
• Leaving breadcrumbs to more in-depth information behind is good

Tasks

• [x] Create a new version of the QA orientation slides
• [x] Take new screenshots of relevant tools
• [x] Remove guidance related to out of date processes
• [x] Remove low-level details about tools
• [x] Add discussion of processes and tools from a high level
• [x] Create a draft of the updated presentation and solicit feedback from stakeholders (Governance team members, QAS team members)

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Revised QA Orientation Slides are available through Platform Website --> Getting Started --> Orientation
