Create, review, and publish PACT Act CLP: Gulf War and post-9/11 Veterans (burn pits)

Issue Description

Now that the PACT Act has become law, we need to create a campaign landing page in conjunction with OPIA with important information for Veterans. This specific CLP is for PACT Act info for Gulf War and post-9/11 Veterans.

The format should be the following: • What is PACT Act • What is presumptive • The audience-specific eligibility Q&As • The “getting benefits” Q&As

The content can be added to this Drupal page:

We need to confirm if CLP urls are auto-generated or we need to add one manually. If it's manual we'll need to confirm the correct url.

Hi @DanielleThierryUSDSVA I've added in the FAQs to this page and have a few notes for you here.

Notes/Questions:

• The amount of FAQs surpassed 10, so I have left out the last question (When can I expect VA to make a decision on my PACT Act claim?) for the time being. I am wondering if we can either combine this question with "Can I apply now?" or if we can include this on another part of the page (pending the OPIA content). If we can include it on another part of the page, it would be worth moving that question across all the CLPs. cc: @RLHecht

• Also wondering if the page title “PACT Act and burn pits” can be changed to the war era (similar to the Vietnam era CLP). Is there a preference to name the exposure here instead of the era? I think that it could perhaps be more recognizable to name the era, also considering the H2s on the R&S article uses the era. But, when thinking about the page intro, using the era puts the text over the character limit. I’ve left this as “burn pits” for the time being, but I think that it could be worth considering if there should be any sort of correlation between the H2s on the R&S article page and the page title here! Also want to flag that it’s not just burn pit, but burn pits and other toxic exposures.

• I put in a Page Intro for the time being: “This page will help answer your questions about what the PACT Act means for exposure to burn pits,” but again, I suggest that this be edited once OPIA has added in their content to the page, so that the intro encompasses the totality of the content.

• Last, (updated on 9/6) I included the image that you sent over with alt text! This is the alt text: Photo of two people in camouflage outside. The person in the front has hair that is a dark color and they are looking away from the camera. The person in the back is wearing glasses and a helmet. Feel to flag any changes to this alt text. A note here: The 2:1 aspect ratio for the image (required for the header image) results in the photo being a bit blocked off by the page title and intro text. The image is also a tiny bit pixelated. Anything for us to do here?
