  • This functionality has been launched for some time now

• What interactions need to be tracked? NOTE: Design System Components are automatically tracked

1. Login Required
2. Navigate to: /track-claims/your-claims
3. Select a claim from the list and click the View Details link
4. Claim MUST be in phase 3 (claim phase)
5. Claims must have attribute waiverSubmitted set to false. This will navigate you to: /track-claims/your-claims/{claimId}/status. {claimId} is the id of the claim
6. On the claim details page, select the Files tab
7. This will navigate you to: /track-claims/your-claims/{claimId}/files
8. Above the Documents filed section, there should be a blue box, like the one below
9. Click the ‘View Details’ button 10. This will navigate you to: /track-claims/your-claims/{claimId}/ask-va-to-decide (what we would like to track)
10. Clicking the ‘Not yet - I still have more evidence to submit' button will navigate you back to: /track-claims/your-claims/{claimId}/status
11. Checking the checkbox and clicking the ‘Submit' button will make a call to: v0/evss_claims/phase3/request_decision (vets-api endpoint)

Hi @Evafloyd - Could you please "Required" section of this request in order for us to review what is needed.

I just provided a URL above. We would like to see how many views choose to click the little box asking for their claim to be decided. Please let me know if more context is needed.

@Evafloyd - thank you for your submission. I will add this to our backlog to get to as soon as we can. We have recently lost some resources so our turn around time has been impacted. I will let you know once we are able to begin work.

@Evafloyd - can you please provide test user credentials for someone that has a claim in phase 3 so I can follow the flow through.
