@ricetj Is there Product Support work that needs to be done for this issue?

@andreahewitt-odd This was a ticket that was on the Vets.gov repo and I ported over. https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vets.gov-team/issues/9858 I believe at the time it seems to fit in the product support area. I don't have any insight into this.
