[Datadog] Access for check-in experience team to creating monitors

Description

Requesting access for Check-in experience project team (part of VFS team) to create monitors in vagov datadog instance.

Background/context

Check-in experience team was using app.datadoghq datadog instance for notifying sentry issues in the slack channel. Sentry integration with datadog webhook was used for streaming error messages to app.datadoghq datadog instance & monitors created in datadog for notifing slack channel.

Slack channel stopped receiving notifications as vagov datadog instance was set up to sunset app.datadoghq. Team having access to create monitors in datadog, would help in setting up notifications on any failure in vets-api/check-in module

The Epic this Issue is connected to (https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/33081) is in the "Future Initiatives" column on the board. I believe that means this won't get addressed until the new year at the earliest. @jhouse-solvd, is there a way @kanchanasuriya can escalate this?

@batemapf Could you please help on prioritizing this effort? If we have the ability to create monitors, we can easily get notified of any veteran facing side issues.

@kanchanasuriya - We'd like to perform discovery to better understand monitoring use cases for teams that are delivering veteran-facing services.

My recommendation would be to engage your product owner to discuss this w/ Platform product owners and leadership.

In the meantime, if can provide a sentence or two describing what you'd like to monitor, that may help us to better understand your need so that we can offer a solution. Thank you!
