What A GitHub folder structure that captures information for each OCTO team with minimum required items.

Why We are applying a minimum set of requirements to the teams and Crews we work on.

How

[ ] Communicate initiative to Crew Chiefs/teams
[ ] Reorganize /teams/ folders into individual Crew folders
- Remove folder references to individual contracts/programs

Perhaps we should

identify the content in these folders that is important for all va.gov or OCTO teams (and move it accordingly)
figure out how this overlaps with the Platform con sites
