[Wizard] Update FSR Wizard to add Copay Path

Copy needs to be added for the Copay path on the Wizard

Oct 6 - Wizard was just updated (see below) to better reflect the addition of copays. In discussions with Danielle she agrees that we need to think about how to make that link more prominent. Maybe we have two H2 Headers - one to point directly to the form.. and another to highlight wizard in the event they aren't sure if it is the correct form for them.

We (Danielle, Denise, @mgleo and @briepipitone) plan to meet on October 17th to discuss further.
