Issue Description - USE IN CASE OF SEPARATE FACILITIES USABILITY - check tix associated with #90402 otherwise, close

There are bits and pieces of key findings from past research and usability studies. With upcoming design enhancements in the works, the research question arose of how to compare before and after qualitatively. This baseline research will include pre-work of coming up with key product tasks and use cases that can be tested repeatedly with the first round being this test.

This will be an end-to-end usability test of the 10-10CG Caregiver Benefits Application in staging.

The only remaining item on this is to add in dates once those are known (pending this is in staging/coded environment for participants to test) and submit for review.

Revisiting this old ticket -- notes after research planning session 8/20/24 are in ticket #90402. The outcome there was to focus a study on caregivers with 2 cohorts and have it be a combo content usability and interview questions. This will require new convo guides and updates to the research plan - opened in ticket #91231.

@hdjustice Do you think we should keep this ticket open for now just in case there are two studies due to facilities timing? If it works out to include facilities in prod/staging with the caregiver study then we can close this ticket.
