I want to see if there are any other FEDRAMP approved solutions our team should research as a way for users to sign and submit an official VA Form.

Initial Discovery and Findings

Assumptions

• We do not want to utilize a tech stack or solution that is not already FEDRAMP approved as we know the approval process takes considerable amount of time.
  • VA business units utilize DocuSign however, we understand there are higher barriers to entry and this may not serve our Veterans

Where we are currently

• Meeting with Business units who utilize DocuSign and learn about user pain points and features
• Researching more about other FEDRAMP approved solutions

Key Decisions After researching proposed solutions, we will need to make a decision around utilize an existing tech solution OR roll our own.
