[UX] MHV to VA.gov: Medications: Provide readout of key findings

Final artifact will include:

• Transition plan for Medications from classic My HealtheVet to VA.gov
• Requirements for key functionality from My HealtheVet, My VA Health, Rx Refill app, Flagship app, and AVS/PVS that will need to be included in the medications section on VA.gov.
• User flows for an optimized user experience for refilling medications.
• User flows for an optimized user experience of renewing medications.
• Document medication treatment plans and pre-visit summaries to better inform post-MVP work.
