Hi @arianaadili - I saw the message - thank you! I have some questions/concerns:

  1. I see you checked the box for VFS Product Directory info being correct, however I still see a lot of AFS-specific info under GI Bill Comparison Tool. Please see the VFS Product Directory User Guide for instructions on how to update your product's info.
  2. The Product Outline you shared looks like it's located in your teams private SharePoint site. We do not have access to this. VFS teams are asked to keep all information public in Github. This includes product information, release plans, research plans, etc. Please review the Platform Website Welcome page for more information about working in the open and update your Product Outline link once it's moved over to GitHub.
  3. In order for us to track teams and products in the Collaboration Cycle, we ask that each team have a team label in Github and each product have a product label. Per the VFS Product Directory, the product label for the GI Bill Comparison Tool is
    gi-comparison-tool, however we still need a team label. Please reply and let me know what you'd like to use. (This should align with the info in the VFS Product Directory)
  4. Lastly, this Collaboration Cycle Request ticket has been updated with recommended touchpoints. Please let us know if you have any questions. Please note that Staging Review and the Privacy, Security, Infrastructure Readiness Review are required. Also, if your team does decide to do any veteran-facing research, a Research Review is also required.
