@Samara-Strauss @BerniXiongA6 @fmccaf1 @adamwhitlock1 and @tpharrison the topline summary is ready for a review.
It's stated in the doc, but I'll reiterate here that the purpose of the topline summary is to capture the high-level, top of mind themes immediately coming out of the research. It doesn't include any deep dive synthesis or review of the transcripts. These are the things that stood out to me, and there will likely be more things to highlight that emerge from the data.
Since you observed one or more sessions, it's super helpful to get your review to make sure I've captured the themes you noticed as you observed and I haven't missed anything major. This is also an opportunity for you to highlight anything of particular interest you'd like me to pay special attention to as I review the transcripts.
Can each of you please take a look at the doc and share feedback, ideally by EOD tomorrow? If you don't have any edits, an emoji reaction once you've reviewed works just fine :)
Thanks in advance!
This looks great to me! No notes. Nice job :D
Looks good! 👍
This looks great, so much more detailed than I expected. I didn't see you include this bit in the summary, and so it may not be as consistent as it seemed from the few interviews I attended, but I found it interesting that so many of the people I observed wanted to add their email using the CTA in the alert banner. Did anyone add their email using the other CTAs? Maybe not something to include in a top line summary, but definitely something I'm interested in!
Thanks for the question and addition @fmccaf1! I think at least 2 people used the CTA under a notification, but I'll pay attention to this as I review the recordings. This is exactly the kind of thing I hope comes out of a topline review :)
@BerniXiongA6 any thoughts/additions?
Background
As our list of notification groups and options grows, users will have to scroll through a lengthy page to get a sense of the notifications that are available. We need to evaluate how our current design serves users as the list grows. This issue covers the creation and review of a topline summary before we kick off final synthesis
