    2. hca-radio-clicked (the name of the input so we can see what question they are answering),
    3. hca-radio-value-selected (the value Y or N).
       • They mimic what is being done on the Caregiver app, which has those same three that are prefixed with caregiver- instead of hca-.

@michelle-dooley - I created this ticket for some event labels we added to our 10-10EZ form. While it will assist in our tracking for the Household Optimization feature we are working on, we wanted to get this done now to get a baseline before launch. Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks @michelle-dooley - and I am aware of the update during ToT this week regarding the slow down on requests so the focus is on the migration. It isn't an emergency
